What is a VAT number?
the unique number that identifies a taxable person (business) or non-taxable legal entity that is registered for VAT. It is NOT your business identification number!
Which numbers are NOT allowed to use in the checkout?
a NIE number (Identification numbers)
other personal identification numbers
ICO number. this is a Company identification number. Use your DIC number instead (VAT Identification number)
Which numbers are allowed?
A NIF number (your Tax Identification Number) is allowed when approved via the site above
An ID TVA (France) is allowed when approved via the site above
A DIC number (Czech Republic) is allowed when approved via the site above
A VAT number (The Netherlands/Belgium) is allowed when approved via the site above
Other tax numbers approved via the site above (Each country names the VAT number differently.)
